As an example of our many years of experience in different aspects of real estate here are some examples of our remodeling / fix and flip projects. The first project below was completed in 2008 and was a total upgrade of an older ranch style home in Thornton, Colorado.
Here are some photos of a more recent basement remodel we preformed on a single family home in Denver. We added a new bathroom and two new conforming bedrooms which included cutting the foundation walls and installing egress windows as required by the city and county building codes. This project was finished in 2017.
